Please remember, we are not a large corporation, and the amateur LGBTQ+ artists we support work hard to make ends meet. We kindly request you to only return items that genuinely have a defect, because every return costs money and represents losses for the artist.
We offer a no-hassle returns service for misprinted, damaged or defective items. Returns must be in new, unworn, unused condition with garment tags attached. Please fill in the returns form and include it with your return.

Simply cut out and affix the postage label you will be provided to suitable packaging (the original mailing bag would be ideal), and bring it to your local post office. You will need to pay the postage fees for any returns, even if your order was eligible for free shipping.
You have 30 days to return your unworn/unwashed item from the date you received your order. Exchange or returns that reach us after the 30-day deadline may not be accepted.
We will not accept returns if they have any of the following:
- Cosmetic damage
- Deodorant marks
- Any strong smells, such as cigarette, sweat or otherwise
Please ensure tags are still on – don’t cut off the tags when trying on your newly delivered clothing.
Remember to ask the Post Office for a proof of postage (this is free) as we are not responsible if the delivery company misplace or damage your package.
As long as the item is in new and unused condition, refunds will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving your return. Any refund will be issued to the original payment method.
